By downloading, accessing, or using Roxan Dictionary ("App"), you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

2Description of Service

Roxan Dictionary is a free, offline, multilingual dictionary application. The core functionality allows you to search dictionary databases stored locally on your device.

We do not host, verify, or take responsibility for the exact accuracy or appropriateness of dictionary definitions, however we constantly strive to ensure the quality and reliability of the content provided. The content provided in the dictionaries is curated by third-party linguistic sources and is provided "as-is" for educational and reference purposes only. There may be some minor errors, omissions and punctuation issues in the definitions and contents, although we are working hard to correct and improve them by our own efforts and the help of our community and feedbacks.

3No Accounts or Registration

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. All features, including bookmarks, history, and language downloads, are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data.

4Intellectual Property

App Ownership: The "Roxan Dictionary" name, logo, design, and code are the exclusive property of the App Developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.

Dictionary Content: The lexical data (definitions, translations) provided within the language packs remains the property of the respective original publishers or linguistic data providers. The App acts solely as an offline viewer for this content.

5User Conduct and Legal Use

You agree to use Roxan Dictionary only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to extract, decompile, or commercially redistribute the dictionary database files included with the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

6Disclaimer of Warranties (AS-IS Basis)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxan Dictionary is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• Dictionary definitions are totally complete, entirely accurate, or always up-to-date.
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times and on all devices.
• The App is suitable for professional, legal, or medical translation.

7Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer of Roxan Dictionary be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on inaccurate translations or loss of locally stored bookmarks.

8Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will post the updated version within the App or on the associated website.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
